Order and Shipping Confirmation
After you place an order on our website, you will receive a confirmation email. You may also print a copy of your order from the website once it’s submitted. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details and a tracking link. You can monitor your package’s status online via the tracking link provided or by logging into your account.
Shipping Options
- Free Shipping: Delivery is free for orders of ₹799.00 or more, with delivery times of 3-8 business days, depending on the destination.
- Flat Rate Shipping: ₹150.00 for orders under ₹799.00. Delivery times are also 3-8 business days, depending on the destination.
Delivery Times
We aim to process and ship your order within 1-2 business days of receiving it. Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am to 7 pm UTC, excluding major holidays. Once shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details and a link. You may also check your order status by logging into your account. The standard delivery timeframe for orders is 3-8 business days, depending on the delivery location.
Signature Service
We do not require a signature upon delivery. However, if you prefer to add this option, please contact us.
Shipping Errors or Damage
If an item is missing, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at sachinkaushik@delvegsco.com within three business days of receipt to report the issue.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order before it has shipped, please contact us immediately at sachinkaushik@delvegsco.com. We will do our best to accommodate the request if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been delivered, no cancellations or returns will be accepted.
No Return Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any products once they have been delivered. Please ensure you review your order carefully before placing it.
Undeliverable or Refused Shipments
If delivery is refused, or the shipment is undeliverable and returned to us, we will refund the order amount minus any shipping charges. For orders with free or discounted shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
